won't stop when hot
I have a 2010 Ford F150 XLT and it starts and run great and just driving around town it will start everytime just fine, when you run on the highway for 30 min to 1 hour or longer and then you shut it off after warm it will not start, will not even turn over. after you wait for 20 or 30 min and it cools down a little then it will start just fine. anyone know what the problem could be?

So what you're saying is that after you've ran the truck for a while and shut it off, it doesn't start back up again until it cools off?

Not sure if the starter on these trucks even have them but on older vehicles that would sound like a sticky starter solenoid to me. Either that or a relay that is defective due to heat expansion.
Good luck!

Really sounds like a solenoid. Replace it and you should be good to go. Depending on the miles, you might just change the starter too for the labor you're going to put into it.
