Can someone explain who has done this in their '13?
My 13 Platinum did NOT have the fourth wire unfortunately. I stupidly assumed that because it is near the top of the line truck that it would have that option. However, I was quite wrong

What you need to do is look at the Raptor light and figure out which wire goes to that LED harness. I believe it is the black with white stripe. Tap a wire into that one and then run it up to the front passenger side kick panel. If you look in your manual, it will break out which fuse is which. The fuse you can tap into, the one I used, is Fuse #40 and is labeled Rear Parking Lights.

Now you just have to go to Autozone or whatever auto parts store and look for an "Add a circuit". It allows you to essentially have two fuses in the place of where just one currently is so you can supply power or whatever you want to that second circuit. Once you add that circuit to the fuse box (its as simple as plugging in a fuse) then its only a matter of tapping into that new wire with the wire you ran from the 3rd brake light.

I just did this about a week ago so it's still fresh on my mind. Please feel free to PM if anyone has any other questions

Pic of the female connector that is on the harness mounted to the truck on my 2012 FX4 Screw.

Looks like I have the infamous 4th wire. Would you all agree? I hope this means that my retro will be PnP!

I have a 2010 and the only brake light i see on eBay is for an 11-12 raptor. It seems everyone on this thread has an 11 or newer. Will this light even fit my truck?

Yes.

It says that because the raptor wasn't made until 2011, and they changed it to the regular one (same as you have) in 2013.

So. Yes.

So I've read this thread and I want to be clear on this install. It's plug and play if I don't want the running lights and if I do (which I do) I have to run a wire to a 12v source or a parking lamp? Which wire is it?

I jumped the parking lamp fuse, look in the manual, or I'll try to get a pic tomorrow.

Then run that wire up to the light.

I used a 5 amp fuse BTW. It barely pulled 1, but still.
