Now im at 55,000 miles, and I am considering replacing the rear shocks in 5-10 thousand more miles. I like how the fox shocks look, and from what I hear, they ride like a dream.

I would like my truck to ride like a dream

My plan is to put the fox shocks on soon, then replace the front with fox shocks and UCA when the time comes.

Right now, I drive on a few back roads, and I just want the rear to feel a little more cushion-y.

Now, am I being stupid? Or do I have a good-ish plan?
Sounds like overkill to me, heck my rancho RS5000s i have on the rear on my truck were only $45 a piece, and they made the truck smoother than new. Im not saying go that cheap, but that much for shocks seems a bit much....but its your money, spend it how you want.

I notice a major difference. Especially since the fronts are stock I can always feel the difference. The rear used to have an abrupt thud when going over a large bump, pothole etc...now the rear shocks are as smooth as can be. I didn't think they were going to make that much of a difference since they were only rear shocks, but they really did. I'm not saying go out and drop a grand on these and bolt them on, but I'd you can get a good deal like I did its totally worth it. Mine were 425+75 shipping to Alaska. (they are probably about 25lbs each.)

Hello.
I also need to buy used front shocks on my Ford Raptor 6.2L 2013 year.

Where I can buy it from and links if possible, thank you very much.

High end shocks like Fox,King, etc can be rebuilt internally making them essentially brand new.

The Raptor comes with 17s not 18s
