So what if you have to wait; Quality comes first and worth the time...

Yes! It's worth the wait! I've seen several,products from both and with what's involved, you don't want some guy who cranks this out quick!

Go look at the horror stories about some other low rent people that tried to do retrofit for a living.

I have no problem waiting for quality work. But i was told i was on the "list " , and 3 or 4 weeks out. 6 weeks later I ask for an update and he said he couldn't find my email. A response saying yes you are on the list and there are x number if people in front of you too much to ask? I am left wondering if I'm waiting and not even in line ?
