depends on year, milage, and use of the shock. There rebuildable so the body itself will last you a lifetime.

Under normal driving conditions they should last to 100k miles before needing a rebuild.

Easy just replaced the hood, fenders, bumper valance. Its true I started with the hood,
which was a little damaged. Pics in my garage, 100.00 from craigslist. The hood inserts
and fender inserts are from Ford. Just need the LCA lower control arms) to install the raptor shocks. Also need the rear shocks. The big piece is the bed. My truck is a 2010 XLT. I WANT TO PAINT THE TRUCK, but waiting to get the bed.
