I'm interested in what you come up with. Seems like these Raptor consoles come up for sale often for less $$$ than the XLT consoles.

Bought another console this week, locally on eBay. It had a few of the pieces I needed to complete this project. The chrome trim that went around the shifter, the tray and liner for the front hole where the switches were, the front brackets, the front side/panels, and a vent extension.

If anyone is looking for some parts, let me know. I'll post a pic of what all I have that's available.

Ok so the trim for the shifter should have come with the shifter or you'll probably have to salvage it from a shifter or custom make something

The "tray" I don't think exist, unless you custom make one... the only thing I've ever seen there is the switches

The front dash panel are on ebay

For the side you'll be stuck making something again, as far as I know the only way to do it without custom work would be a complete dash swap from a truck with console.

Same goes the vent extension you'll need to custom make something cause your truck should use that part for rear seat foot heat and with the console in you'll need a few inch custom piece that either connects to the floor heat or you'll have to unhook the floor heat for a better connection...

Here's the second console I picked up locally from e-bay, after I removed a few parts from it for the console going in my truck...

It also came with these brackets. The guy said he bought them to put the console in his truck, but ended up trading the truck in on a Dodge...

It also came with this vent adapter, to connect the rear vents in the console...

Also came with these side panels. I'll have to paint them, and may need to mod them as well, but it's a good start...

Here's part of my console with the tray attached to the front pocket, where the switch panel used to be, and the chrome trim ring around the shifter hole. I think I may modify the large tray that was in the second console, to fit the shifter hole...

Ordered the dash panels that attach the console today. They should be here in a few days.

Lil confused here why its a raptor mod? I have that exact center console in my 2010 fx4...minus the switches obv. but youre not using them anyways?

Maybe i missed something?

Basically, they are the same console. But the first one I bought (shown in the beginning of the thread) came from a Raptor. I just removed the switch panel before I snapped any pics. You are correct, these also came in the FX4 models. I'm not really concerned what other models they did or didn't come in - I'm just concerned about the truck it's going in.

It's not a Raptor mod, just the consoles came out of Raptors, yes they're no different than the other trims other than the outfitter switch panel-vs. a cubby!
