Try "Proclip". (https://www.proclipusa.com)
They have a few choices for our trucks.
Not the cheapest, but these things are nice!!!!!

Thank you! I like their phone holder better. I see they make one for my phone but dont know if it will fit if I have a case on my phone. I will give them a call.

I am using this and its wicked good and cheap.

I have the one with the adhesive ball joint and have it stuck to the closed left hand vent between the center stack and instrument cluster. Perfect positioning for my largish Sony Xperia z3.

Really really happy with it. Only drawback is that the vent that is rarely used is closed. If I had to have it, with phone off the mount it does open some.

I will need to use my camera to take a pic, as I can't take a pic with the phone in place :-)

Does that hold well when you have a case on the phone?

yes! they provide a couple plates in different sizes. I have the large one stuck in the inside of my case. Grabs perfectly and no need to have anything stuck to the phone. That said, they are attractive looking even if you use your phone naked.

pic shows the plate inside of the back of the cover with phone out.

This worked great for me in my previous car and is going strong in the truck so far. In previous years after being parked in the sun during the height of summer it has gotten a little loose but it is fine once you pop it off and reapply. Takes 10 seconds.
Possibly the best $10 I have spent on Amazon. Simple but effective.
