I see nothing when looking in the NHTSA database.

I have a 2011 F150 5.0 4X4 XLT Supercrew.
I got a notice about the safety recall, took it to the local ford dealer, they did the reprogramming in an hour.
while driving home I noticed that the truck shifted alot smoother.
It would shift hard from 1st to second. and sometimes down shifting from 4th to 3rd at around 20 mph
However after driving a couple miles home, I noticed that I no longer have the 123456 gears on the right side of panel display when in Drive. its there in manual though.
anyone know if this is because of the reprogramming? and is there a way to get it back to display the info?

Press the +- button on the side of the shift lever.
