Default rancho quick lift

I have a 2012 ford f150 xlt and am looking at adding a rancho quick lift loaded strut to level. Is it a true 2" lift? Or should I add a 1"leveling kit on the top? Note. I work on a farm and on rough muddy roads and lots of rock.will it be high enough in the front Is there skid plates I could add?

The quick lift is definitely a true 2". Some have reported more than 2 but never less than 2 from what I've read. The extra 1" wouldn't be advisable. That would put the geometry of your suspension out too much.
