Default Rancho 4 inch lift with stock 18s

Is it possible. I have a 2014 f150 and I just want a 4 inch lift with stock wheels. My lift installer says it can't happen but rancho advertises they can. Anyone have any experience?

I would listen to Rancho not the installer, they designed the kit.

That's what I'm thinking I just don't want to have my truck stuck on a lift because I need rims of some kind

Sounds like the installer wants to sell you some wheels

This is probably already decided, but for those wondering about the brand Rancho, this is a company that became famous in the 70s and 80s when lifts were less complex. I would not use them today and I have over 30 years experience in modifying cars and trucks. I know they offer lifts for today's trucks but I wouldn't even use their shocks, much less their cheap (over-priced) lift kits. JMO
