Slimcubby,
I have the rear anti sway with my bilstein 5100's leveled, so yes it will work, and I believe the front will work as well

Mine is arriving today, I paid $295.00 Amazon Prime, installing it on my 2016 which I will tow a 7,500 loaded camper and have read this is a must have. I ordered the truck with Max Tow so there is one on the front already. Planning on setting it up on the middle hole.

Why doesn't Ford make this a factory option?

Have had mine on now for almost 2 years. It makes a huge difference. Have a 24' enclosed car hauler pull once in awhile to az loaded and empty. Used to be case of tail wagging the dog, but with sway bar really helped that immensely. Makes you feel road bumps a bit more but changes handling of vehicle tremendously for the positive.

It is definitely, a must have!
After a year of going thru the three settings. I decided the middle was the best position for me.
A perfect balance between too harsh and not enough gain.

I found the middle setting was too stiff when towing a trailer.
