How do I disable speaker for door ajar alarm on a 2010?

There is nothing in the manual to stop the door ajar. I believe you will have to disconnect the speaker or some wire to the door.

yup, no easy way around it
you can turn off the belt minder alarm, but the door ajar alarm is not able to be bypassed, other than killing the power to the speaker itself

Follow these instructions very carefully -
Cut the red wire, then the blue wire followed by the pink wire (must be done in that order) now put a jumper from the brown wire with the green strip over to the red wire with blue strip. Once you have done that press the gas four times. Now turn the key 10 times really fast followed by 2 slow turns. No start the truck and put in reverse. Now press the gas down to the floor and count to 100 (do not at any time touch the brakes)
