Default power sliding window

I got my 2010 STX sCab with rear sliding window. Is there any way to add the power sliding rear window. Why in the world Ford decided to put a sliding rear-window that far out of reach makes no sense.

I thought the same thing, thats why I ordered the power slider.
There are aftermarket sliders available, try to google for them.

After having a truck with the power slider then going to one without, I can say I will never get a truck that doesn't have the slider. It does seem strange that they would put a slider without being powered, but then again it is easier to save money that way.

Just go to a local junkyard and find an F150 with a power window and rip all the parts out, im sure the motor and all that off an 04+ will work.

But the non-powered one is a lower cost option. Ford did not do it to save money, the non-powered one cots less and they charge less for, the powered one cost more and they charge more for.

That's all.

I want a window like the new Tundra. Full rear window goes down.

My questions is- does the Tundra rear window rattle when it is not completely down. That would be an expansive amount of glass. This considering the fact that the rear has alot of bounce anyway.
