Power running board problems
Have 2011 Platinum with power running boards. Last week the passenger running board started to act up. When it went either up or down it was rough and jerky and made a LOUD squeaking sound and when the board was all the way up or down, the motor kept going for about 3-5 seconds past that point. I went ahead and turned the boards off on the truck options but that particular board still makes the squeaking noise every now and then as I drive it and it is also stuck in the down position. Already tried lubricant and had no luck.
