Default Power passenger seat

I purchased a 2012 XLT a few months back and it came with power drivers side seat. I noticed under the passenger seat quite a bit of electrical wires not connected to anything. Is this pre-wiring for a power seat? How feasible is it to add a power passenger seat?

thx

cogs, I know the wiring for the heated seats is under there. I had some put in my XLT. So if logic rules, the wiring for the power seats should be there. But, I have been know to be slightly incorrect sometimes.

As far as putting one on the passenger side, as my dear old Dad used to say "It only cost a little more to go first class". Good luck.
