Power lock button locks but won't unlock

The button on the driver door will lock all doors but won't unlock them. Button on the passenger door works fine and the remote entry units work fine. I'm pretty sure I had this 'fixed' once already by the dealer but now the issue is back. Could it be a matter of a simple loose/disconnected wire? Do I have to pull the full door panel off or just the armrest component on the door that houses the buttons? I'll bring it back to the dealer if need be (all under warranty anyways) but that's a royal pain since the vehicle is gone for a full day if it's something I can remedy myself in an hour or so.
