If you retail the truck yourself you have the option of asking the dealer you choose to do an in and out for you and you win all the way around. You don't have to go through the hassle of taking all your extras off your truck and then trying to sell them. Most dealerships are happy to do the paperwork for you if you retail it and then buy a truck from them. I would try it before trying to piece your truck out. You may be surprised.

Thanks for the replies. I'm sure I'll take a beating, but I should be well over 30k(hope over 35 selling outright) I would think. Even 10k off is still 39 on this identical truck. I'm hoping I can find '12 350 but I'm pretty picky.

I'm a diesel nerd and loved all my diesel trucks and even have my wife in a diesel VW but a 350 would be a tough sell to me right now.
Yeah I had a Duramax up until last year, and been watching this 6.7 pretty closely the last couple years. The urea sucks, but Chevy/Ford have been using the HP fuel set ups for quite a few years. You are right though, this **** fuel isn't good on any motor.
