Maybe, but not sure you can wet sand plasti dip. I like it just the way it is once sprayed.

The brushed vinyl is sweet! They had some bad*** cars at Sema wrapped in brushed vinyl.

That vinyl is pretty awesome but it looks like it would be a pain to do a grille. I would probably have someone do it. How well does plasti dip hold up? I see guys doing wheels but it would seem that you would have constant issues with chips.

Not from personal experience but I've heard it holds up very well.

I think ill try the plasti dip when i get back home. Worst case, I have to peel it off.

I plan to do the red scotch brite pads when I get home. I thought about the plastidip but i really dont like the finish on it. from the pictures i have seen it looks like iced over chrome.
also plan on painting the mesh or whatever you want to call the back part of the grill black also.

Wont be home for a few more days but when I do this ill post some pictures, unless it looks like **** and then you will never see it.
