Default Possible concerns..

Well ... few complaints and wanting to see if it is common, and worth seeing the dealer about..

2010 Crew Cab F-150 Fx4 Lux Package BONE STOCK

-Went to flip a bitch, cranked the wheel, in the middle of doing so, something made a loud popping/ grinding/ breaking noise.. sounded like from the driver side...

-Driver side window, when I roll it down, it moves fine like normal, but I hear a clicking noise, same sometime when rolling it up..

-When moving the driver side seat back, I hear a grinding noise as it moves to the very back..

-When rear power slider is open, I hear a LOUD squeaking from the bed (possibly tailgate) I looked and didnt see any bushing or anything loose.. maybe just a good greasing..

-Dual Temp Climate Control - this may be normal.. .hell I dont know.. when I have it set to auto, it takes forevert to kick any sort of air out, when it is cold, I assume this is maybe because the computer knows it is cold, and waiting for the truck to warm up before it does anything..

-Loud ticking from the motor, sounds similar to a small diesel motor.. makes no damn sense..

define "flip a bitch" more than likely you heard the TCS system kicking in, or the limited slip grabbing if your truck is equipped with it (my LS makes noise all the time; perfectly normal and it doesn't bother me)

and the engine ticking noise is more than likely the cam phasers; very common with the 4.6 3v and the 5.4 3v... two options there; deal with it, or buy a set of lockouts that get rid of the phasers all together, but you'll loose some power at certain RPMs... or, turn the radio up... or get a loud exhaust so you don't hear it... I guess there's more than two options, lol. but years down the road once my warranty runs out, I plan on installing a set of Ford Racing cams in my 4.6 3v, and at the same time installing some lockouts to get rid of the phasers all together; I'll lock them for a higher RPM power-band, to better compliment the high lift high duration cams

This was driving me nuts on mine. It was definitely the tailgate. I could stand at the back and just lightly hit the rear bumper with the palm of my hand and it would squeak. If I opened the tailgate, wouldn't squeak. I lubed up the hinges and it went away.

Thanks for the help- on the popping noise, I could have swore it sounded like something snapping.. I am not sure, as far as flipping a bitch, I pulled a U-Turn in an intersection.. (legally) of coarse. And when I had the wheel cranked and moving it made that noise.. I pulled over, and did a quick check to see if something did break.. nothing that I saw..

Ticking in the motor, I have heard about the cam phaser issue, well not issue, but annoying feature, I assume all trucks do it.. doesnt bother me too bad, I just wanted to make sure it wasnt something bad.

Tailgate.. I am gonna throw on some fluid film and see if that does the trick, Ill have my brother ride in the bed, and see if he can pin point it. The noise is irritating as all hell in my opinion.. and I really love my slider being open when it is nice out..

That ticking sound annoys me, too. At least you can't really hear it with the window down.

As for my driver window... it doesn't make any sound, but it's sometimes slow going up. Or is it just me? Who knows...

That popping noise could be the steering stops rubbing together because you had the wheel turned as far as it could go (all the way to the stops). I have had this happen and now I try not to turn the wheel that far.

Havent heard the flip a bitch term in forever! Yea yeard the soudn when hard over u-turning before. Figured i had the wheel cranked all the way over so no worries. But the LSD kicking would make sense too.
