Same here. Only happens on really sharp turns over uneven surfaces. Only does so since the Bilstein 5100 level kit. Basically live with it since its so infrequent.

You described my popping noise to the tee. Pulling in steep driveways at an angle will do it every time.

My 2005 Screw has the same problem. I had my shop installed the RC 2.5 kit and replaced the Ball joints and UCAs.


Mine pops on small bumps and turning left. It ALSO pops when I first start backing up.




Shop can't find any problem. Is this just a characteristic of using 2.5 spacers?
