Default Please....Tell me I'm just a perfectionist???

Ok guys, I need your help While looking at my new baby(3 days old) i noticed something that really caught my attention in a major way. Look at the below pics....one is the perfect alignment of my hood and fender on the drivers side, while the other is the not so perfect passenger side. What do i do? Is this "acceptable"? Should I demand it be fixed!! My first reaction after spending close to 40k on a new truck is that this it totally unacceptable...and trust me, it looks even worse in person

I could really use some advise...

I've seen too many posts like this. If you look @ the truck long enough... you will find something wrong. These trucks are mass produced, there are going to be flaws. This problem I might get the dealer to look at, but I've seem some CRAZY posts... one guy was upset that there was a dot on the trim around the outside of the window.

Long story short, enjoy your new baby. I've had mine since Dec. 09.... I just do my best to keep it looking good, park far away so I don't get any more dings on the door. They really like to show on the Tuxedo Black

I would definitely bring it to the dealers attention and ask them to repair it.

lol, I would bring it up to the dealer at my next oil change........ but its not that big of a thing. It could be the quater panel or the hood?!?!? i dont know but like most have said "if you stare at your truck long enough you will find things to fixate on". Oh, I have noticed a few things with my truck that are off that I will take care of MYSELF as no one on this earth will ever care for my truck like I will.

Yup, don't lose sleep over it and be aware that they may mess something else up when they "fix" it, but I'd have them look at it the next time you take it in.

Being a perfectionist don't look at the taillights (vertical manuf seams that look like cracks) or the passenger side rear wheel (sticks out further seems to be with the 3.73 rear), etc. etc.

Drive it and enjoy!!
