The off-road rims are 18" ATX Crawlers.

LOl $800 each? You do realize they are made from aluminum and not actual platinum right? You can get them brand new for $359 each. Most people sell them with tires for around 2 grand. They are not worth $3200 for wheels alone...

don't confuse used prices or new "takeoff" prices. The actual true "new" price from Ford on these rims is over $900 MSRP. It appears Tasca sells them for around $600 a piece.

This guy on F150online had his stolen, and insurance gave him a check for $5800 to cover the replacement cost of the rims, tires, sensors, etc. http://www.f150online.com/forums/200...watch-out.html

It's kind of vain to think the whole world is after your platinum rims, Don.

I just think it's funny he assumes everyone on this forum can't afford them. Are we all poor or something?

Not to be rude, but I simply would have ignored the PMs instead of starting a thread which drew attention to the issue he's trying to avoid. Just saying'....

In general, I think it is rude to ignore PM's. But to each his own.
Since this website does not allow you to disable the PM feature, I will probably just hit "Inbox" Delete.
