The 0 offset will not stick out very much. I have -44 on mine and love the stance, it made the lips a ton bigger on the Fuel Hostages as well. Only pic I have on my computer

I'm running 18" wheels. (18x9) with a zero (0) offset. As long as you stay with a 9" wide wheel the amount sticking out will be exactly the same as what I have, (regardless if you run 20" or 22" wheels...if the wheels are 9" wide, the amount sticking out will look the same as pictured).
So these pics should help you decide "how far" you really want then to stick out.
In the pics, I am running the Ford OEM fender flares, and they STILL stick out a good 1 1/2"-1 3/4". I have Bushwacker Extend-a-Flares in the body shop right now & hope to get them tomorrow or Tuesday. Once I get them on, I hope & expect a close to flush covering.
Hope this info helps you decide on your choice and preference of offset & how much you want to stick out.
Note: I also just took off the OEM flares yesterday and will try to get a few pics of them, before I install the Bushwackers, for a "no flares" look & profile, so you can also get an better idea how far the zero(0) offset truly sticks out, especially for the people who do not have any flares at all.

Thanks Lethal, that stance is just what I'm looking for! I like the aggressive look of them sticking out but don't like the look of fender flares(no offense) 0 offset is perfect, plus anything more and I would worry about rocks being thrown up onto the paint.

I agree, I really don't like the look of any manufacturers flares I've seen myself & especially not a fan of the "pocket type" on our style 2009-2014..... But the extend a flares being painted to match, I'm hoping to look more natural & blend in, so to speak.
Definitely want & need some protection especially in the winter months & typical small rocks & debris from our lovely Pennsylvania roads! Lol!
Good luck on your choices & glad to help!
