Does ford use a different muffler on the platinum then other f150's mine seems to have a deeper sound then others

Idk if they do or not, but don't forget that u have a 6.2 under the hood. It's gonna sound deeper than a 5.0 or ecoboost regardless

If you have a 09 or 10 it has the 5.4 they didn't start putting the 6.2 in until last year.

What year do u have? I assumed u had a 2011+. If u have an older one with the 5.4, Idk what's the difference between that and any other f150 with a 5.4

I know I have a 5.4 I just didn't know they used the 6.2 in the new one's mine is a 09 and just asked about the sound. thought it sounded better then other f150's

Plat is not 6.2. That's the limited.

My plat has the EB and it does have a bit of a rumble when you are on it hard.
