I have considered trading in my current Platinum for a newer Limited, but when I park my Platinum next to the Limited, the Limited just doesn't seem to have the same luxury appearance.

On a side note, my wheels are currently listed for sale in the 2015-Newer section if anyone is interested.
Agreed.

After clay bar,use a mild compound/polish like you would the trucks paint.

I posted a pic of my stock 2014 Blue Jeans Metallic Platinum when I took delivery of her about a month ago, since then I have made a few visual modifications including tinting the front two windows with 15% to try to match the 20% on the rears, adding a 2" level to the front, and mounting new 35x11.50 Ridge Grapplers on the stock OEM 20's, what do ya'll think?

Default New to me

New to me, 2014 5.0L platinum with long box. Has pecan brown leather interior. Still not used to the power steps as they have grinded on my shin as they deploy a few times now haha. Has 42,000 miles so hopefully lasts long time. Bought with additional 3 year warranty for $2000. Figure better be safe than sorry haha

here is a list of what I want to do to it in the next year or two. 1. Tint front windows to match back
2. Replace perellis with better winter rubber
3. Buy raptor 17s and put some nice AT on them for summers
4. Install icon stage 2
5. Replace speakers and sub, add amps
6. Replace bumpers for off road bumpers with Led light bars
7. LINE-X bed
8. Tonneau cover
9. Bike rack
10. Power fold/telescoping tow mirrors
11. Weather tek floor mats

believe that's it. Should be fairly set after that

She's a beauty. The only thing I'd do different would be keep the Pirelli's on the factory rims for the summer (they're still head turners in stock form) and change it up for the winter only.
I like the Pirelli's 7 months a year and hate them 5 months a year. Then there's the countless times people have said; "Did it come with Pirelli tires?"
Nobody asks that with any other street tire for some reason...

I may be in the minority here, but with a classy ride like the Platinum, I've never been a fan of the Raptor rims on a stock truck.
Lifted, big flares, to sort of match the the look.. different story.

As always it's your truck. You do what you like, not what I like. 👍
