I am interested to see what you come up with.

I was thinking about just trading out my tailgate for another then adding the "PLATINUM" logo on it. It would be nice to add the step assist since I do not have one. Also would like to trade out the door handles to black and the review mirrors to all black as well. Haven't quite decided what to do with the front grill or the chrome trim on the side of the truck?

Everything on my truck is being blacked out other than the grill and tailgate. My headlights also have a chrome shroud in them still so the grill will match it really well. I also plan on building my tail lights and will incorporate some silver in it to match the tailgate.

Those came out super nice ! Just pull off caps ? Paint with Metallic black paint an put back on with 3m double sided tap ? I need to do mine this weekend ! An yes my old lady bitches at me too lol

They are held on with some clips inside the mirror. I sanded mine down a little, sprayed down some primer, then a few coats of paint, then about 10 coats of clear lol. the wife is always like nag nag nag I cant believe you bought a platinum and you are wanting to do all this to it. lol
