That being said, in July I purchased a 2015 Platinum with the Ecoboost motor. Recently, I modified it from stock by installing 285/65/20 BFG KO2's on the stock rims as well a coilovers up front and a 3" block (with icon shocks) in the rear. The truck looks spectacular in my opinion, but, then again I'm biased.

My question is what can be done or added/modified to help regain some of the horsepower and fuel economy/mpg's which were traded away by adding the bigger tires?
