The wife's '13 Platinum; 5.0, 3.55 with the electronic locking differential lifetime fuel economy so far is 14.7 MPG.

The truck has 2100 miles on it and most of them are in town... we have yet to take it on a road trip.

The last tank average, according to the on-board computer, was 16.8.

I expect it to improve as the truck breaks in.

Default My 2010 platinum

Figured I show my 10 Platinum I just got a month ago. Upgrades so far are 2013 smoke hid upgrade, smoke fogs with LEDs to match hids, lower bumper grille but changing it to boost bars grille, tinted windows, fx4 smoke tail lights, smoke bully third brake light, magna flow exhaust, roll n lock tonneau cover, and just upgraded to the 22 inch oem limited wheels this weekend. Really like how they turned out. Getting the wheel liners this week for the rear and belltech 2 inch shackles to lower the rear to match the front. I love this truck so much. Best truck I ever owned!

2012Sterling grey Platinum Ecoboost Screw 5.5 bed, 2wd/3.10 ELD for mileagestock 20" Bridgestone tires Fibermax Bakflip. Now at 16K, I've averaged 18mpg sincenew. Before it broke in I took a trip from So Cal through the mountains to Idaho, back on coastroute 1 averaging 20 MPG with a high of 22. just went to the desert and really triedfor good MPG, mostly 65-70, some 75-80 with the air on, and three people, got23.5.

Has anyonetried waxing their Backflip? Mine is starting to lose its sheen. I called Backflipand they said just use soap and water. My last one started to fade after a fewyears. My wife gets the garage. I tried some Turtle Wax Ice on the bottom sidea few months back and it still looks pretty good, but the underside is not inthe sun.
