I'm getting my Plat in 2-3 weeks and am shopping for different rubber.
Yours are firestone destination lt?? How do you like them
I bought an extra set of wheels for the winter. I could not pass them up. Picked up the wheels for $450 with the TPM Sensors. Picked up the tires for $700 installed around thanksgiving. I have owned many sets of the Destination tires and they have never let me down. Just got 8 inches of snow on Friday afternoon in Chicago and they worked as planned. The tires are a 265/70 R17 which improve winter grip as well.

And now back to the Pics!

Here's something I didn't think of when I bought this truck

For decades I drove ford explorers. I owned a IT company and provided explorers for my techs to drive. I liked them because we could haul a bunch of gear in them, they were relative inexpensive to operate etc. so now that I retired I wanted to go back to a "pickup".

I haven't owned a PU. Since the early 80's. I'm now aProud owner of a '11 f150 plat eb screw 4x4 5.5. Here's my problem, this thing is just too big. Around town we are restricted to parking places that are to tight to park in. I'm not worried about my parking. I can put it in the very center of the space. It's the people that can't. I've only have. 600 miles on it and have had to crawl in from the passenger odor , over the console because some dude didn't leave me enough room to open the driver side door.

We went to our favorite fine dinning restraint recently that only has valet parking. They said they didn't have a place to park it.

Oh well thanks for letting me vent.

That is one of the most beautiful F-150s I have seen! Congrats!
