Looks like I will cut off the stock connectors off his truck just in case and tape up the wires. I wonder if his truck will know the boards are not working anymore?? And if anyone knows the part numbers or could post links to tell parts I need would be extremely appreciated hopefully on a make the swap today I will just have to wait a few days unail I get the parts to finish install

Ok, so I read it!
Long story short you should have just got a set of Amps for $930 with free shipping and saved yourself countless hours and headaches! Lol
It can work but not in the way we're it's cost effective, you would have to get stock stuff for a few hundred to make it worth while.

I got everything for about $650-$700. Not a crazy savings but hey it was money for another mod lol.

Good for you for sticking with it, I would have given up and found a way to fund the Amps! Lol
This will probably help a ton of people because you can probably find these at pick a part junk yards for pretty cheap.
