The department was throwing out some old patrol trek mountain bikes. They were an ugly white with blue letters that screamed POLICE
Had about half can plasti left so decided to give one a remodel
Now just regrease and tighten the gears and good as new!!!

STOKED I found this forum and this thread! I picked up my new 2012 SCrew FX2 EcoBoost Monday afternoon, found this forum Tuesday morning, went by Home Depot on my way home from work Tuesday afternoon, and had blacked out badges before dark on Tuesday. This stuff works great, although I do have to say that I held my breathe on the first spray, it was a little intimidating spraying black paint on my new truck but this product worked as advertised!
Next step is the orange reflectors on the mirrors. I'm also thinking about doing the running boards and the rims. It's a whole lot cheaper to spray than to buy new rims!
My brother is also contemplating dipping his entire car, a red 006 Honda CRV.

Do you have to use anything but a toothpick to cut a straight line between the badge and the body panel?
I saw the earlier video when the guy coated a Nissan badge, and it looked like he just pulled it to create a clean edge. Is this stuff really that magical?

I did leave the end caps on though.
