Plastidip the quick and easy way to black things out

Offset and backspacing tell you the basically same thing. Offset is the distance from the centerline of the wheel to where the mounting surface bolts to the hub (typically measured in mm). Backspacing is the distance from the inboard lip of the wheel to the hub mounting pad of the wheel. You also must know the width of the wheel to determine backspacing from the offset (offset is useless without wheel width to know the centerline of the wheel). The more negative the offset, the less backspacing a wheel will have, thus the more the wheel will stick out. There's also a useful calculator on here that can help compare different wheel specs. Hope that helps

Perfect! Thanks so much for that CB! That is just what I was looking for and tires don't look small at all, I'm Gunna do it this way until I save up for rims and new tires! But for now this look will do!! Very very nice truck CB I have the black fx4 as well. How long have the rims been dipped for in that picture? Looks like you just did it... How are they holding up with this fall weather and everyday driving?

Not sure if you all have covered this. But if you want a easy I mean real easy way to peel plasti dip. Spray it with WD40 and wait for 10 to 15 mins let it soak in. Removes easy can even use a shop towel to get into tight spots.
