Plastidip ?
Anybody that has done it, roughly how many cans would it or did it take to do both the front and rear bumpers? How many coats would you recommend?

Boost :)
I've got four cans of it with the glossifier cans with it as well that I never used. Traded in the truck before I used it. I'd be happy to sell if anyone is interested

I have Sterling Grey and am planning on doing Anthracite as from what I have read so far it is the closest to Sterling without doing the Black and doing a Duplicolor match. Thanks though!

After roughly 110 pages of reading on the big Plastidip thread I only saw one person comment on total coats for bumpers. They said they used 2 total. I was thinking 5-6 coats would be better for this unless someone else can chime in before I continue with the other 130 pages.

I plasti dipped both bumpers, used about 1-1/2 cans a bumper, sprayed 1st coat, waited 25 mins(heated garage), sprayed 5 more coats a little bit thicker. Waited around 15-20 mins between each coat following the first. Live in Alaska, lots of rocks on the roads(used as a traction aid). Has held up well, had it on for about 2-1/2 months. The thicker it is (more coats) the more resilient it is.
