Not sure if it was mentioned, but WD40 takes plasti-dip right off. Working in the garage and oversprayed WD40 on my 240SX wheel. Needless to say when I wiped the WD40 off the plasti-dip came off with it. So I took the wheel off and sprayed it down with WD40 and let it sit for a few minutes. Shop toweled it all off, squeeky clean. lol

Yes the WD40 works great... I had a little over spray and it took it right off! I completed my emblems and rims this weekend and all went well. I ran it though a automatic car wash and they held up so I think they will be good until I buy new rims.

I used Tar and Bug remover. It worked very well to remove some PlastiDip overspray that got onto my hood. I remembered to wax again after using the Tar and Bug remover since I think that stuff will remove the wax.

I've seen some peeps get some ordered in from the US..
What supplier did you use? how was the brokerage/duty bringing into canada?

It's like $15-25 per 11oz spray can here in canada..

Google plasti-dip, they have a website and it's available in several colors, including flat and gloss black, and colors you can mix yourself, or colors already to go in spraycan or bucket.

Did you order them from the DYC website? I went on there and they wont ship to Canada, so i went on the Canadian DYC website and the cans were $15 a piece....almost worth it to take a trip to the Falls and head over the border for an hour!
