Default Pics of your holiday rig / ecoproof

So these are pictures of my rig and proof of my trip and mileage. Towing trailer and cargo of 8000#. 3 persons, up to 6 mountain bikes for 1/2 of trip, 100kph speed limits, cruised at 108kph with lots of 120 -130 blasts up 4 lane freeway and mountains. Up and down in BC. Reg fuel 87. One 3 hour stint giving it hell and getting 5 mpg US until I backed off.
Problems? Ran out of fuel once when fuel tank gauge got stuck at 1/4 and then let go with 5 minutes of fuel left. Had spare can with me just in case.
Acceleration shudder below 30 kph. This is a torque/drivetrain issue and will need a traction bar type of fix. Ford is deep in research on this and my service manager is keeping me informed.
Developed the 2-1 downshift till stopped shudder and hard 1-2 upshift. Dealer will address when I take it in.
Rear tires are getting worn from burn outs. No solution known to man.
Scratched my tail gate with a mountain bike. New touch up paint today fixed up boo-boo fine.
Trailer tire seperated from high speeds, no solution other than higher rating tires known.
Co-pilot of 19 years enjoyed the ride better than any previous rig.

That's not too bad at all, my 97 powerstroke dually got 11 towing my 35' bumper pull. Weighed in at 18,000lbs. For a gasser that's pretty good mileage in my books.

So I did my fuel economy test again to see if there has been any improvement in mileage since the 5k mark test.
With full tank, tool box and bike holder pictured above, and my trailer tire in the box I recorded 21mpg US. Without the extra cargo I probably would have repeated my best of 21.5. The truck struggled to get 19 the first 2k. It jumped up to 21 after 4k and has been stable since.
Fuel economy testing is done for me unless I do modifications.
