My 2010 F150 XLT
Here is mine - a 2010 XLT with 5.4L. Just added tunes from 5-Star tuning and its made a HUGE difference.
Got Banks Monster Exhaust, K&N CAI, Throttle Body Spacer and some cosmetic stuff.
Pretty much done doing everything I wanted for now till I save up for a lift / wheel n ' tires.
