You may want to take a look at: RnlComp
He has the Lund flares (originally "prestige" brand).
His truck is a Ruby Red and left the flares black, but can be PTM. They look great & he did a great build on his truck!
But those flares are an in between happy-medium of a little more coverage and they also taper down gradual near the front bumper.
(I'm going to get those flares for my sons truck- they're nice).

but in the meantime, I ran across this thread on here that just might be what your looking for!
It's also a Race Red F150, ..but it's a 2wd, stock wheel & tire combo and a reg cab...but it has some close ups of his EGR flares (though they're NOT PTM). It's an old thread (no activity) that is over a year old, so I don't think there's any chance to resurrect the old thread. - it still may not be exact help with you being a 4wd & different wheels & tires, but I hope it may help you decide.
