Thanks guy for the comments!

Yea wheels and tires will be on the list. Rear leveling kit first though I think.

I'm a HID retrofit guy so I'm not sure what I'll end up doing with my lights. I go by 'haknslash" on hidplanet forums so osme people on here might know me as I've seen a few retrofits on here already. Then again I lost my last set of LS430 projectors when I traded in my Highlander so I might just opt out for something much cheaper this time and get the Spyder lights. As long as its not gonna blind people and gives off decent performance I'll be happy. I don't mind the stock headlight pattern too bad on the truck but the high beam throws off a very distracting shadow on the drivers side from something being reflected or blocked from the huge headlight housing.

Yup I read the TSB on the *thud* and pretty much Ford tech's grease it up. Sounds like a bandaid but mine isn't terrible or anything but it's there. My wife doesn't notice it of course lol. As long as its not hurting anything or gets worse over time I'm fine with it. I assume its covered on the 5/60k powertrain warranty if I do decide to take it in at some point and let them grease the splines?

tell me about it. It'll be replaced as soon as my personalized "PWRHS" Bama tag comes in. Closest I could make "Powerhouse" work at the DMV

Well took my truck into the dealer today to have the 3rd brake light repaired and possibly headliner replaced. I also had them address the "thud". As I was telling him about the thud the service guy knew exactly what I was talking about and said it probably just needs to be greased. So they greased my truck and its super smooth now! They are ordering me a new 3rd brake light and will do that repair next Friday when I can bring the truck back in. He said they will attempt to clean the stain 1st and will inspet and clean under all the carpets for any mildew that might be growing. My truck doesn't stink so who knows. I told him I'd like to have the headliner replaced because I fear mildew growing on the inside fabric of the headliner. He insisted they will get it clean and there isn't much material above the actual headliner to worry about mold. In reality I'm fine if there is no mold and if theycan get the faint stain out but if it don't come 100% clean I will demand a new headliner. Loving the truck and averaged 19.5 MPG of my long highway commute to work and city driving all week. Not bad considering!!

I'm also tryingto do the LED mirror mod but I can't get the dang mirror off. I feel like I'm going to break it from prying on the tabs. Is there some secret handshake or ritual initiation I must do first to coax the mirror into coming off?
