For carrying a go-cart? Nope no ramps. Dog cages for hunting? Could be it has tie-down points.

I honestly have no idea what it would be used for....the bed is too short

Hauling dogs in crates is all I can see as short as that bed is.

I concur with everyone else. It's ugly. Looks like it's for hauling hunting dogs, but most ppl use old trucks for that. Unless it's CHEAP, and I mean cheap enough to buy a new bed for it, I would pass.
