It may not be in your manual if you bought it used since reviews owner may have thrown it away. But if you open the fuse panel on passenger side and n look deep around inside it should be there. That's where it was when I bought mine n didn't know where it was

Oops. Youre right. My code ends with a 1 so i always just hit it again.

My truck did not come with the code card either, my code is on a sticker attached to the Computer module in the engine compartment. All I had to do was open the hood. No disassembly required. SECURICODE™ KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM (IF EQUIPPED)
You can use the keyless entry
keypad to:
• lock all vehicle doors.
• unlock only the driver’s door.
• unlock all vehicle doors.
• program/erase the customer keycode.
• enable/disable the autolocking feature.
The keypad can be operated with the factory set 5–digit entry code; this
code is located on the owner’s wallet card in the glove box, is marked on
the computer module, and is available from your authorized dealer. You
can also create your own 5–digit personal entry code.
When pressing the controls on the keypad, press the middle of the
controls to ensure a good activation.
