Parts source?
Hello guys,
Which online sites do you all get your parts from? In all my cars I prefer genuine parts however this is my first Ford and would appreciate any guidance.

Depending on what you are looking for, I buy a lot of genuine OEM parts from Rock Auto (https://www.rockauto.com/). Their prices are decent and they ship pretty quick. I have also bought OEM stuff on eBay.

I use these guys https://parts.autonationfordwhitebearlake.com/
They seem to be a bit better at communication than Tasca. Also a little bit cheaper/faster shipping to my location.
www.rockauto.com is also one of my go-to places for connectors and one-off items because the shipping is more reasonable. They also carry a fair amount of motorcraft and OEM stuff.

if you decide to order from tasca be sure to call them first and see if they actually have the parts in stock. if not you are looking at 10-15 days before you will get it. i wanted a set of black tow hooks and tasca wasn't the lowest price but they were close, and active on this forum, so i tired them. my local dealer, who was higher, said they could have them the next day. tasca waited 3-4 days before informing me me they had arrived and then still didn't ship it out that day so i canceled my order with them and had them in my hands the next day.
so if they have them, and will ship them that day (you better ask), then tasca may be ok to deal with. if not you may want to look elsewhere.

Thanks so much for informing me of this..!! Yeah, I definitely can't stand those kind of practices. I expect any part that I order to be in stock and shipped the same day or next day.
I have German and Japanese cars and my to go to place is FCP Euro. Decent prices and lifetime warranty for every part they sell. Fast shipping too. Amazon is also good. Just didn't know any source for Ford parts.
Kind regards

This is exactly why I use www.fordpartsgiant.com
Much faster shipping based on parts availability in their warehouse. Pricing is the same as Tasca and others.
