Default Part number difference

I am looking for a FORD OEM Radiator Support-Side Air Baffle Duct Deflector Shield.

One vender has the number as AL3Z-8310-A and another has AL3Z-8311-A. All pics show it as the same part #5 in the diagram.

Anyone know the difference before I pay more, the 8311 is cheaper.

10A is for the right side and 11A is for the left side I think.

For my rebuild I had to track down what air deflectors were what. I used Tasca and looked and what I needed vs. what they looked like and put this sheet together (attached).
