Today it was obvious for me to found the "bad" part causing that loud "Tic Tic Tic..." sound under the hood. Could someone help identified the part circled in red and for hard to replace for an handy man? Any special tools?

Think it's fuel pressure sensor. Goes into the top of the fuel rail.? No special tools if so.

 

Either that or a purge vale
