Parking Indoor/Outdoor @ Home

I park inside, with 2 inches to spare. Back-up camera is a savior.
And it saved me from getting dicks painted on my truck. These kids went through my neighborhood about three months back, tagging every white/light surface with giant penises. Garage doors, motorhomes, houses...My neighbor got an enormous 7-foot dong painted on his garage door, replete with more detail than you'd care to imagine. Luckily I'd parked inside or else my white truck would have black dicks all over it.
How I kept a straight face while my neighbor complained about how she was going to be able to get rid of the heinous "phallic drawing" amazes me.

I park in the garage but its a pain. Not much room at all, I have to watch my garage door to make sue it doesn't hit my back bumper. I definitely would want someone parking my truck in there after a few drinks. Liable to come in alittle to hot and wind up in thee formal dining room!

Mine is always garaged. And to answer the obvious about the effects on paint, your coat of wax lasts much much longer if it's out of the sun and rain. Plus your black trim will keep looking new longer
My wife used to want to change our big 2 car single garage door into two seperate single doors until I got the truck with the tow mirrors which put her proposal out of the question

I was always told parking inside during winter promotes rust, reason being the freeze and thaw cycle allows snow and ice to melt and get into all the nooks. But I've got too much crap in my garage to test the theory.

The only downside is if you have a lot of snow and salt on your truck. If parked inside, the freeze/thaw cycles (actually just the thaw) encourages rust. If parked outside and left frozen, rust is not as likely.
But all the advantages outweigh that, at least for me.

I'm another one of those guys that parks in a small (regular sized) garage. There's about an inche to spare in the front and back of the truck. But I have a laser on the ceiling that helps guide me. It's nice to have it sitting in a climate controlled, safe area every night.

Ecoboost Kev, You got to swap those max tow mirrors for the power fold kind. This way you got lots of room to get in an out of garage w/no hassle. I love mine, especially in areas that might be tight in parking lot or on a city street. Real men park there trucks outside!!! JK, wish i had a garage big enough. My bass boat takes up the garage. My next house will have a garage big enough for all my toys you can bank on that.

I park infront of the house on the street most of the time. Ofcourse their is a tree infront of the house and the birds crap all over the truck. One week my truck is on the street, the next week my wife parks infront.
