I am wanting to paint my emblems silver. I have searched on eBay and there are 2 people that sell them, but none list silver. I have contacted both of them and both have really bad broken English so its hard to understand them and its hard from them to understand me. One of the guys just started ignoring my emails, the other sent me pictures of a set of silver emblems but there not what i want.

I want ONLY the blue thats on the emblem painted silver. The one guy that sent me pics painted the blue and the chrome outter rings.

Is there anybody on here that makes them? I want the big outter ring chrome the tiny inner ring chrome and the ford chrome and only the blue part silver.

Id rather not get a sticker overlay.

Here are the ones with the painted outter rings of chrome.

The front emblems are very easy to do as they come apart, but the rear needs a little more work to get in to look right. I did mine to get rid of the chrome and the rear look ok, but isn't perfect.

What year is yours?? on the 2013 the emblem is seperate pieces and is easy to tape and cut out lettering for painting. i used plastidip and peeled off the areas to be painted them taped off the chrome Ford lettering and lightly sanded, primed and painted. decided not to paint the blue and chrome areas and just leave them plastidipped and then cleared the entire logo when I was done to seal and protect it..

Yes mine is a 13. Is the rear emblem 2 piece as well? How do you remove the emblem without switching up the camera?

I could not figure out how to get it off without breaking it so i did all the work to mine on the truck.. with the edges so defined on the new emblems it is easy to tape over and cut out with an exacto knife...
rear logo was a little tougher as it is smaller than the front one is..
