Saw a thread on how to paint the emblems and f 150 things.. The only things I don't know are how I remove them. What kind of paint to use, and will the paint stick to the chrome or do I need to sand them down?

1. I bought plastic trim removal tools. They worked well. It was like a wide plastic prybar . Bought at auto part store.

2. I used paints purchased at local auto parts store.

3. Use an adhesion promotor like I photographed and posted earlier in the thread .
