Can someone who has done a more vibrant color post some pics? One of the red's or flame blue's etc?

I'm thinking of doing mine with the sterling gray ford touch up paint, and curious how it looks for others that have paint matched but with brighter colors. I know it wont apply to me since I have the gray, but it will give me a better idea of how it turned out. The black and silvers don't give a good representation of how the colored paints will look behind the plastic.

Thanks!

Here's mine in Candy Red, using the factory touch up (1 and a quarter bottles) with about 3 to 4 coats. Looks great with the exception of not being able to get a couple of small spots from paint not flowing.

Still looks great though!

Hell yea! Looks good. Mine is race red. Need to get the touch up paint. Where do I get it? Autozone? Dealer? Walmart?

Got mine from the dealer. I get my sales guys discount, so it was a little over 6 bucks.
Unfortunately it was not enough to complete the job, and of course I bought the only one they had at the time.
So off to another dealer, and had to shell out the going rate at 10 bucks.
But now I have plenty to use for the usual chips from rocks. the little ball tip applicator works great for that!

Did you read the first page? The OP has a detailed write up of how to do this mod -- with pictures.
