paint type and color
I bought a 09 fF150 last year after being T-boned in an intersection with
my 01 Ranger that I had purchased new as well. my decision to buy a F150 was largely due to the fact that I needed mor inside room than the
ranger had. I purchased a xl rgular cab and have been quite happy with it
except that I got stuck in a heavy snow in my driveway. I had new rough
treads installed on the back and that helped me through the winter, but now that spring is almost here I would like to have my standard street tires reinstalled. i purchased a set of standard steel wheels from a local auto yard and test fitted them just to make sure that they are correct for
my truck. They fit just fine and look the same as the wheels that came installed, but have some scratches on them and i want to paint them before I have them remounted with the rough treads. My question is what
is the color and type of paint that is used on them and can i just have the tires remounted without buying new tpm sensors. I was thinking that maybe I could just haul around the original tires with the tpm sensors in the bed and maybe wouldn't have the tpm dash light come on.
