Default Paint Matched My Platinum Grill

After debating this for almost 2 years I finally took the grill apart and took it to the paint shop. Got it back and installed and am very happy with how it turned out and how well they matched the Platinum White.

Looks just right. Why Ford ever thought all that chrome looked good is beyond me.

I agree your truck looks so much better. Good job sir. It didn't take me but 3 months to get mine to the shop. The grill in the Platinum looks huge to me, and I wanted to calm it down a bit.

Both of those look awesome. As someone else said, why didn't Ford do this.

I have wanted to do this to mine since day one. Luckily mine is gray so it's not so in your face but I like how those have come out.

I think it was the "Limited" package that did partial paint matched grille whereas the platinums were bit more flashy
