Default P0300 after boss intake install, need some help

Installed the boss intake manifold about a week ago and loaded the new tune as well. About once a day the truck will sputter then I'll get the check engine light. I did notice on my live wire device the long term fuel trim is at about 1.17-1.20 which I believe indicates a lean condition. I have changed spark plugs and checked for vacuum leaks so far. My air filter is pretty dirty so I ordered the a&about oil and cleaner kit but I'm sure that's not the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Need to run a power balance test on it to pinpoint what cylinder is misfiring. Probably a bad coil or spark plug with a cracked ceramic insulator.

Would also help if you posted what engine and year for future posts, I'm assuming you have a 5.0 somewhere in the 2011-2014 range.

2013 5.0, my bad.... quick update. I received and installed my new bbk throttle body and loaded the new tune and she's driving great again...I had checked all connections pretty thoroughly so part of me thinks it was the original tune I received. If it acts up again I will definitely take your advice and run a power balance test

Sorry 2013

Okay that was short lived. Long term fuel trims hitting as high as 1.21 now and missing again... beyond frustrated, but will start with the power balance test.
